Returns Policy

If you have ordered the wrong product or you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact Customer Support within 14 days of delivery.

Province 5 accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for standard shipping items.

Customers MUST contact us via customer support. You will be issued with a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA) – make sure you have this before a return is attempted. Province 5 cannot accept or be held responsible for any returns that haven’t been pre-agreed or have a RMA.

You must inspect your purchase for any defects upon delivery and report any issues to us at Customer Service before use.

Wherever possible, we will try to resolve your issue by providing replacement parts

If the item is not defective or faulty, the customer is solely responsible for all shipping and restocking fees associated with returns. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning any item. If the product is faulty or defective, we will re-imburse the shipping costs.

Due to hygiene and handling reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accept 'change of mind' returns if a product has been opened or used.

All of our products are clearly labelled are titled on the box. In the unlikely case where you have received the wrong product, please do not open the packaging and contact Customer Support

IMPORTANT: All products must be returned in the original packaging and original condition (without missing pieces or damage). Once we have received the item(s) and verified the return, we will issue your refund which will be credited into your account using the original payment method.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to make a return

  • Contact Customer Service to advise of the request and to receive an RMA and shipping address.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for your RMA to be generated, and your return to be processed.
  • If you prefer Province 5 to manage the return shipping, please let Customer service know. They will arrange product pick up /return via our shipping partners and take the cost of this from the credit you are reimbursed.
