As well as being THE official licensee for these products, we combine high quality components with stunning designs features. Meaning our products are not only comfortable and durable, they’re also a thing of beauty.
What’s not to love???
We all want to go that little bit further, that little bit longer. It’s why we’ve designed our collections with quality in mind. All our products go through rigorous ethical, safety and quality control checks and audits.
And as well as using quality components, we do extra things like double stitching our bean bags for greater durability and longer life.
Orders and Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible after purchase, and we strongly recommend you check your order carefully at checkout (as well as and your order confirmation which will be sent via email - if it’s on its way it’s obviously harder to change!).
However, if you do need to make changes to your order, please contact our Customer Support team who will be happy to offer guidance on what is possible and how to make adjustments.
Once you've placed an order, Province 5 will send you an automatic confirmation email. We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Upon dispatch, you will receive another email with tracking details to confirming your order is on its way.
COVID-19 – given the current challenges faced by the pandemic, some delays may be experienced. Thank you for your understanding during and rest assured we’ll ship as soon as possible.
With pre-orders, the estimated shipping will be in your order confirmation email. Please note this is an estimated dispatch date. We will of course ship as soon as we’re able to, having received the products UK.
Shipping prices vary by product and are calculated by a combination of size, weight, and delivery location.
For mainland UK (excluding Highlands and Islands) your shipping costs will be calculated and visible at checkout. At the moment it’s usually around £4.99 - £6.99 per item.
Shipping to N. Ireland, the Channel islands and the Highlands and Islands will incur a supplement – we will contact you once we have received your order and advise you of this, at which point you can confirm if you still want to proceed with your purchase.

Our bean bags are sizeable (not your ‘run of the mill’ products here!) and our performance chairs are heavy because of their quality ... so whilst it has an impact on the shipping cost, you can rest assured it’ll be a wise purchase!
Note: because shipping rates are very volatile at the moment we reserve the right to change our shipping rates at any time. You will always be advised of a change in shipping rates and free to change or cancel your order if you wish.
For all other areas and countries, please contact our customer support at email@example.com clearly specifying the product you want to purchase and your shipping address. We will then advise if shipping is possible to that location and at what rate.
Please note we cannot ship to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.
All goods are shipped from the UK and will be sent "DAP" - Delivered at Place - as standard. This means that we will arrange for carriage to the stated delivery address, but that the buyer remains responsible for all costs related to import clearance.
Some countries have strict rules around what goods can be imported and which cannot. European rules have also changed post Brexit. Furthermore, the documentation that must be sent with an order can vary from country to country, and we may need to produce commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and other test certificates in order to ensure the goods can clear local customs. When this happens, our team will work to provide the required documentation and if there is a delay in obtaining this, we will contact you to let you know and to give you a revised despatch date. As soon as the all necessary documentation is available, your goods will be despatched. Please be aware that our team cannot be held responsible for a delay in shipping your goods when additional documentation has to be obtained.
From time to time we do run free or discounted shipping offers. So it’s worth signing up to join our VIP tribe or to follow us on our social media.
You should normally expect to receive your order within 5 working days (most are sooner). During holidays and/or busy periods deliveries can sometimes take a little longer – but we will always work to get your items despatched as soon as possible.
Pre-orders will show estimated shipping times but please note these can change. Estimated times will be updated as and when known.
Once your order has been processed and despatched, you will receive a tracking number from our shipping partner. You can use this to check for up to date shipping information from their website.
Warranty, Returns and Refunds
Allour performance chairs come with a 12-month warranty for peace of mind. Proofof purchase is necessary with any claim.
Inthe unlikely event that you have a problem with your product, in the firstinstance please contact Customer Support. It is highly likely that we can solveany issue you may have with replacement parts.

Pleasenote that warranty claims cannot be accepted for damages resulting fromimproper or inappropriate use, faulty assembly, natural wear and tear, cosmeticdamage, negligent or incorrect use, failure to observe the maintenance oroperating instructions, improper repair work or modifications made by thecustomer/third parties and damage caused by consumables used in connection withthe product (eg cleaning products).
Refunds are possible if you return your order within 14 days and follow our returns policy.
Please contact Customer Support who will advise you of the process, the shipping address and provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorisation).
Assembly and maintenance
Assembly of your new chair is easy. However, we strongly recommend you read the assembly instructions first or better still watch the assembly video. And it makes total sense to have an adult present.
Assembly instructions come with your chair. Allow approximately 30 minutes for assembly. Follow the instructions clearly and you'll be gaming, working or chilling in no time.

All our performance chairs are extremely durable, but like anything the better they are cared for the longer they’ll last. Maintenance is easy and very straight forward.
